Alan Waugh

Waugh brings 22 years in oil and gas recruitment and five in nuclear to his role providing workforce solutions across two of Europe's largest construction projects. He's known for being honest, responsive and proactive — staying ahead of what clients need rather than waiting to be asked. Having lived and worked in Australia and America, he's got a genuinely global perspective. Earlier in life, he spent eight years as lead singer and co-songwriter of a touring band.
