Ben Reed

Ben has 15 years in recruitment and works as an Account Manager on the Alstom account. He looks after the whole journey for his customers, from understanding their resourcing needs and finding the right candidates through to onboarding, then managing workers throughout their assignments, covering attendance, performance, compliance and whatever comes up day to day. Customers and candidates know him for being approachable, keeping communication clear and following things through from start to finish. Over the years he's worked across a wide range of sectors, always with a focus on long-term customer relationships. Outside work, Ben makes the most of family time with his two boys, and gets out in the garden whenever the weather allows.
