Dan Crerand

Dan has more than a decade in talent and recruitment, and joined Rullion as Director of Talent and Skills in 2023. He leads early careers and launched Train to Deploy, which helps people from non-traditional backgrounds retrain into critical, in-demand roles. Previously, he spent five years at The Adecco Group, where he ran a global talent programme attracting more than 185,000 applications a year across 45 countries.
