Dean has two years in Rullion's Candidate Services Screening team, managing background checks and liaising with clients and candidates to keep the vetting process running smoothly. He's known for building genuine rapport with candidates, making what can feel like a formal process feel more personal. Outside of work, he plays football despite his knees' objections, swims for recovery, catches Arsenal when he can, and enjoys cooking — just not the washing up.
