Hannah Thomas

Hannah has 12 years in recruitment, 11 of them in Early Careers, and leads a team that takes graduates, apprentices, placement students and interns from application right through to offer and onboarding. She manages the full candidate journey across multiple programmes at once, including assessments, video interviews, assessment centres and pre-employment checks. Clients praise her collaborative approach, her process rigour and her ability to hit tight timelines without letting the candidate experience suffer. Outside work, she spends most of her time with family and friends, and can usually be found cheering from the sidelines at grassroots football.
