Jade Wedgwood

Jade has ten years in nuclear recruitment and, as Practice Manager, leads a team of specialist nuclear consultants supporting clients and candidates across the UK nuclear sector. Her focus spans decommissioning, new build and the growing fusion market, helping organisations secure the talent they need to deliver critical infrastructure and innovation. Clients value how well she understands their workforce needs and project objectives, and the tailored recruitment and workforce solutions that follow. She's currently completing a Level 5 apprenticeship in operational management. At weekends, you'll usually find her on the sidelines of a football pitch somewhere in the UK, chauffeur and number one supporter to her two football-mad boys.
