James Saoulli

James joined Rullion, his family business, in 2008 after starting his career in finance at GE Capital, and became CEO in 2016. Today, he leads Rullion with a simple ambition: to help critical infrastructure organisations decide how work gets done, and then help them execute it. That can mean finding exceptional leaders, building new skills, securing specialist contractors or bringing together the right mix of people, suppliers, services and technology to deliver complex programmes. He is also the founder of Nova Workforce Solutions, created to give large organisations better visibility and control over how work is resourced and delivered. Half Irish and half Greek, James was born in Libya and raised in Cyprus. Outside work, he is a father of two girls and is happiest sailing or taking black and white photographs. James is always interested in meeting leaders wrestling with questions around skills, capacity, cost and how to execute ambitious programmes.
