Jayne has almost ten years' experience in vetting and compliance, and heads up our Candidate Services. Her team handles background screening for high-security projects including Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C, consistently clearing candidates in seven to eight days. She has a track record of cutting onboarding times for high-volume recruitment without compromising on quality or compliance. She is known for keeping the human element at the heart of the process, so candidates feel supported throughout. When she's not at work, Jayne has completed both the National and Yorkshire 3 Peaks.
