Jess Macedo

Jess has seven years in recruitment, working in Rullion's Central Delivery team. She takes a role from brief to first day — getting under the skin of what a hiring manager actually needs, finding and shaping the right candidates, managing offers and staying close through onboarding. She's known as someone who genuinely listens and cares. Before recruitment, Jess was a machine operative — she went to a job interview and came out with a recruitment offer instead. She took it and never looked back. Portuguese by background, she loves cats, is a keen cook, and finds her downtime walking in the mountains.
