Julian Elmore

Julian has 25 years in recruitment, including 16 at Rullion, with earlier spells in trades and six years in education recruitment. Based on site with Alstom, he's both recruiter and welfare manager for our agency contractors, looking after the day to day from drug and alcohol testing and inductions to client liaison and the general welfare of our workers. Clients and contractors know he puts them first, stays visible and engaged on site, and takes real pride in everything he does. Outside work, Julian's love of the outdoors feeds into the content he creates and shares online about mental health. If it encourages even one person to reach out and talk to someone, he feels it's been worthwhile.
