Kate McKeown

Kate has 11 years in recruitment and works on the Sizewell C Early Careers programme. She coordinates the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support of graduates, apprentices and industrial placement students as they join their Early Careers programmes. Clients and candidates say she's easy to work with and quick to respond to whatever they need, which helps deliver a great candidate experience from start to finish. Outside work, Kate has two little boys who keep her busy. In between, she keeps active at CrossFit, catches up with friends and makes time for family over in Ireland.
