Lindsay Harrison

Lindsay has more than 25 years' experience in recruitment, HR and workforce solutions, and joined as Chief Customer Officer in 2021. She leads the client experience and operations teams, helping organisations across energy, nuclear, rail and utilities solve complex skills shortages. She is also Managing Director of Nova Workforce Solutions. Earlier in her career, she ran the back-office teams supporting more than 5,000 temporary staff at the London 2012 Olympics. She is known for her kind, practical leadership. Outside work, she loves time with family and friends, going to the gym with her children and getting outdoors.
