Louis Lock

Louis has spent 14 years recruiting in rolling stock and works as a Client Services Manager on the Hitachi and Stadler accounts. His focus is long-term partnership: getting to know what each business needs from its hiring, then working with clients and our internal teams to make the whole recruitment experience run smoothly. What sets him apart, clients say, is his in-depth knowledge of the rolling stock industry. Louis is a family man who loves spending time with his family, and a fitness enthusiast too. Before he moved into recruitment, he worked as a personal trainer.
