Martyn Tolley

Martyn has two years in recruitment, starting with a year in screening before moving into Early Careers Recruitment on the Sizewell C programme. He guides new applicants through the process for the Early Careers programmes, from the first application right through to onboarding. Candidates and clients know him for getting back to them quickly and keeping in touch at every stage, so nobody is left wondering where they stand. Before recruitment, Martyn spent ten years in vetting and HR for an IT company, and ten years with an online bank before that. Away from work he enjoys long walks and playing the guitar, though not both at the same time. Cornwall is his happy place.
