Olga Rusnac

Olga manages candidate onboarding and compliance for Rullion's Candidate Services team, making sure all checks and documentation are in place and that any issues are resolved quickly and clearly. Known for being responsive and providing guidance that actually makes sense to candidates. Outside of work, Olga is family-oriented, loves to travel, and is learning Bachata — which she's enjoying far more than she expected.
