Rebecca Rowley

Becky has more than 30 years’ experience in workforce solutions and is Rullion’s Head of Bids and Strategic Solutions, as well as Solutions Director for Nova Workforce Solutions. She works with critical infrastructure clients to understand complex workforce challenges, shape solutions and develop compelling propositions from the outset. A qualified APMP Capture Practitioner, Becky brings structure, insight and strategic thinking to complex procurement. She is also an advocate for age-positive inclusion and a trained Mental Health First Aider. Outside work, Becky mentors young people through the BREAKOUT charity and is kept on her toes by Mortimer, her tabby cat.
