Sarah Garner

Sarah has more than 20 years in recruitment and workforce solutions, and has been Client Services Director since 2021. She leads the delivery of complex programmes across engineering, rail and energy, from mobilisation through to day-to-day performance. She sees herself as an extension of her clients' business rather than a supplier. She is known for honest, commercially balanced advice, even when it isn't the easiest conversation. Previously, she spent five years at Guidant Global, where she won the Open Communicator award for the trusted relationships she built.
