At Rullion, he sits between the client and the recruitment process, identifying solutions in a specialist market and sourcing niche talent for some of Europe's largest construction programmes. He is known for the strength of the relationships he builds on both sides. Outside work, Stuart is a genuine music and film enthusiast with wide-ranging taste in both.
