Zarra Addis Addis

Zarra has five years in recruitment. She started with 18 months in volume recruitment and 18 months in a 360 role, before moving into Early Careers, where she's spent the last two years as a Recruitment Coordinator on the Sizewell C programme. She shapes job descriptions, screens candidates and manages interviews and offers, then helps new starters through onboarding, working closely with everyone involved along the way. Building good relationships is what she's known for. At home, Zarra is a mum of two and loves DIY of any kind, from painting, flooring and tiling to upcycling furniture.
